Shipping policy

Age Verification & Adult Signature

In accordance with legal regulations, all deliveries require an Adult Signature (21+ or legal age) upon arrival. The courier will verify your ID at the door. If no adult is present, the package may be returned to us, and a restocking fee may apply.

Shipping Locations
We only ship to jurisdictions where vape products are legal. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) due to carrier restrictions.

Processing & Transit

• Custom Liquids: Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order. (depending on your location)

• Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes [1-2] business days depending on your location. Same day delivery applicable inside city proper.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update via message  from the courier to keep your order on track.  

Damaged or Lost Packages
Carbon Fiber Vape Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
